A 12-week coaching program to help mission-driven leaders overcome the common mindset challenges that sabotage success in a complex, fast-changing world—boosting clarity, influence, and resilience. Includes:
Weekly Zoom conversations.
A diagnostic to identify potential obstacles in how you perceive challenges, tap the inner resources to address them, and sustain yourself and others in your quest.
An understanding of how the three core pillars of heroism (courage, altruism, and integrity) apply to modern mission-driven quests like yours.
An exploration of how your story relates to the classic hero’s journey to help you see your challenges in a broader context and gain insights from those who have traveled similar journeys before.
Practice of three core principles that help leaders rise to complex challenges in fast-changing times:
Development of a statement that clarifies your intended heroic action for the next six to twelve months and a mutually developed one-page action plan.
A personalized five-page report summarizing highlights from the program.
An optional follow-up conversation at month four.

Two half-day training programs to help mission-driven teams overcome mindset challenges that sabotage problem-solving on complex issues in a changing world, boosting productivity, innovation, and resilience. Includes:
A diagnostic to identify potential obstacles in how team members perceive challenges, tap the inner resources to address them, and sustain themselves.
An understanding of how heroism’s three core pillars (courage, altruism, and integrity) apply to modern mission-driven quests.
An exploration of how individual stories relate to the classic hero’s journey to help them see their challenges in a broader context and gain insights from those who have previously traveled similar journeys.
Practice of three core principles that help people rise to complex challenges in fast-changing times:
A growth-focused perspective on problem-solving.
A commitment to “ordinary courage”.
Striking a balance between pursuing a quest and sustaining oneself to support long-term success.
Development of statements clarifying each individual’s intended heroic action for the next six to twelve months that align with the team’s greater mission.
A follow-up report summarizing highlights of the training.
